Individuals in Charge of Events are called Auctors.
Each Realms of Solara event must have one Solara member in good standing appointed by the sponsoring branch in attendance and in charge of the event.
Events including marshal combat or combat-related activities must have at least one marshal, designated by the Marshal of the sponsoring branch, in attendance and in charge of those activities.
The Auctor or the Branch Lord is responsible for providing the Event Site Owner with a copy of our proof of insurance.
The Auctor or the Branch Lord may remove any person from the event and additionally call civil authorities if any such matter arises that warrant reporting to said authorities.
The Branch Lord and/or the Marshal in charge may remove any member from the field / pitch of marshal or marshal related activities for any reason in their sole discretion up to and including precluding said member from said activities for the remainder of the event.
This may include but is not limited to unsafe or failure of equipment, unsafe behavior, failure to follow the set rules of combat or rules of the marshal event, dishonorable behavior, or any other reason the aforementioned determines the member should be sat out or removed.
The Branch Lord is to be fully informed of any action against any member. The Branch Lord must report said matter to the King/Queen as soon as possible.
During inter-group events with other organizations, the King/Queen or Branch Lord must also inform the other society’s officer of the matter.
If civil authorities are requested or required, the Site Owner is to be informed. If civil authorities are required, they will have full jurisdiction of the matter and is no longer a Realms of Solara matter. Solara will fully cooperate in such cases with said civil authorities.
