The Eternal Kingdom of Solara will be the First Kingdom and is not subject to dissolution at any time.
All Branches will be members of the Kingdom of Solara until such time as new Kingdoms are formed.
Principalities may be formed under the Kingdom of Solara (or subsequent Kingdoms) with or without the intention of becoming a free, independent Kingdom at their pleasure.
Until such time a new Kingdom is released as a full independent Kingdom, the Rules of the Kingdom of Solara will not be suspended.
As membership requirements are attained, groups may treaty together and declare themselves to be Principality or a Kingdom.
Groups are free at any time to join together to form a higher level group.
No branch within the Realm is required to treaty or join with any Duchy or Principality. They may remain a Free Branch within the Realm.
It is anticipated that each Duchy Realm will grow into a Principality and eventual Kingdom (at their pleasure).
Borders (land masses) for the Realms may change over time based on the will of the members and improvement in the logistics of travel and operational well-being.
Unclaimed lands may be claimed by groups within a reasonable geographical center. Modern county/state borders are not considered. Where members play is the main factor regarding a Duchy, Principality or Kingdom to which they desire to belong.
The Council of Light of Solara have the final say in such matters until such time as there is more than one (1) kingdom. At which time, the Universal Council shall rule on such matters.
