All contenders for the positions of Duke/Duchess, Prince/Princess, and King/Queen and consorts thereof must be:
Current members of The Realms and maintain their membership through the entirety of their reign.
No member should declare for the any position as a contender or prospective consort if they have any reason to believe that they will not be able to fulfill their duties. While Pilgrimages are allowed under certain circumstances (illness or other life situations that may occur), it is expected that all contenders are stating their intention to fulfill the entirety of their duties as part of their declaration.
Any royal or noble whose membership lapses for greater than 14 days may be removed from their station.
Gifts to the Crowns (all levels) become part of the Official Regalia and are to be used appropriately and in accordance with custom. The items are to be preserved by the Crowns for their successors.
If a gift is of personal nature, such item(s) may be retained by the individual after the conclusion of their reign.
While it is Medieval tradition in history, no gifts are to be used as bribes nor coerced.
Donations / gifts are not tax deductible.
Personal items used by the Crowns are not part of the Official Regalia and will be retained by the Crowns (i.e., chairs, tents, jewels, clothing, et.al.)
