Membership Requirements of Branches

  1. Branches are to maintain membership for eligibility at their branch level.
    • Branches who fall below the stated membership have until March 1 to recruit and restore their numbers.
    • Branches will not be immediately downgraded. If the Lord of the Branch is positive that the branch will recover, the branch may be allowed to continue for the second year to give them time to recover from whatever issues caused their membership numbers to not meet stated quotas.
    • For Independent Kingdoms who do not meet required numbers:
      • Independent Kingdoms who have at least nine (9) treatied groups and have met all requirements may remain a Kingdom for a period not to exceed one calendar year after the next Annual Census Day to provide time to restore their glory.
      • An Independent Kingdom may request to return to a Principality level group under any kingdom of their choosing.
    • Active efforts to undermine or destabilize another branch through targeted recruitment, (Recruiting another Realms’ Branch or their branch members) is strictly prohibited. Members may leave their group at any time and join any other branch (see changing Branches section).
    • None of the above Rules are intended as any form of punishment. They are intended to help safeguard the groups within the Realms, help with administrative matters, and assist in growth.

Membership Fees and Annual Census Day

  1. Membership runs from March 1 to February 28.29 of each year. March 1 is referred to as the Annual Census Day.
  2. Membership fees are located on the Membership Portal of the website.

CHANGING BRANCHES / KINGDOMS

  1. The following are intended to promote stability and shall be applied reasonably and in good faith.
  2. If a member resides in a location which has a closer Branch than their originating Branch, the member may change branches one (1) time in any given year but should in good faith stay in their new branch for a period of two (2) years following their move.
    • Both Lords must agree to the move and make said decision in the best interests of the members and the Branch.
  3. If a Branch resides in a location which has a closer Kingdom or Realm than their originating Kingdom or Realm, the Branch may change Kingdoms or Realms at the Annual Census Day but should in good faith remain in their new Kingdom or Realm for a period of two (2) years following their move.
